Refund Policy

Effective 2026-09-28. PreShift is provided by ALGD LTD, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom (company number NI744090), contact support@fleetpreshift.com.

Monthly subscriptions

PreShift is $39.00 per month. Cancel any time from the billing portal or by writing to support@fleetpreshift.com. We refund the current month in full if you cancel within 14 days of a charge, and pro-rata for any month where the service was unavailable for more than 48 hours due to our fault. Failed payments are retried for 7 days with notice; after that the account becomes read-only until payment succeeds.

If the product fails you in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that month in full — no form, no interview.

Annual or prepaid terms

PreShift is sold as a monthly subscription only. There are no annual or prepaid plans.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits a right you have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
